• First contact Committee Chair Roxann Dreger (if cannot be reached call Local 37 pager:
780-512-0606)
• Roxann will take your name and phone number, and a short message about the nature of the problem
• Roxann will then call the other Grievance Committee members, Local President Lisa Hein, and/or the Labour Relations Officer (Mark Cowan), and someone will get back to you and handle the matter from then on
